Struggling with finding my motivation!

Hey all,

So, I have been on this journey for over a year now. I first started out with going to the gym, and not really noticing a change, so I gave P90X a try and did awesome with it! So then after completing that, I decided to become a beachbody coach, and i love it. I will admit i have fallen off the wagon, and i"m not really sure how to get my motivation back!? Any suggestions!?

Thanks

Dara

Well if at home working out is what you are into, try something different... Move on to p90x2 or try Turbo fire etc.. You get the discount..

That being said, only you can motivate you out of this funk..

I suggest you spend a little time in the mirror and ask yourself, How bad do you want it ?

You need to listen to yourself, you have a legion of voices in your head right now telling you that, I'm too tired to work out, Lets watch Tv, lets go eat some candy etc etc etc.. But you didn't ask their opinion..... Because you are choosing to listen to the voice of defiance. That voice is the old you screaming for you to wake up, This voice says there is a reason why I need to get up and work out.. There is a reason why I want to change..

The path of least resistance will always be there ready to wash you away .. But you are heading up stream darling..

You want to change, you NEED to change, and the only one that can help you is YOU..

Welcome to Day 1.. How bad do you want it ?

I have turbofire and will start that again- trust me i want it bad! i just need to stop making excuses and suck it up! thanks!
  • I struggle with motivation every single day so I know how you feel. One of the most important things is to not beat yourself up for "falling off the wagon". Just take it one day at a time and remember that every morning when you wake up is an opportunity to start fresh.

Maybe look at some old pics of yourself to jar your brain into reality that if you do not motivate yourself to keep moving forward there is nowhere else to go but backward . . .
