Why did I open this thread? I haven't seen the commercial nor had I heard of the brownie batter donut. I walk straight by DD on my way out of the train station in the morning, never stopping. Guess that is going to change tomorrow lol

I go by a weekly deficit rather than the day. So if I burned 800 calories that I couldn't replace with food that evening I'd just do it over the next few days.

I use 3lbs for the squat/presses and side lunge/anterior raises; 5lbs when it's front lunges/bicep curls and chest flies.

I'm up at 5:00 a.m. and at the gym by 5:30. When I'm exercising at home (a dvd or just the treadmill) I'm up at 5:30. I have to get it in before work. It keeps me sane.

I did my first day this morning, I'm definitely feeling it. I spend a lot of hours on the elliptical and lift 3, sometimes 4 days a week so I'm a bit surprised I'm this sore. I make a fritatta on Sunday's and have it for the week so I don't have a lot of prep in the morning before work. This week I did avocado and tomato.

That's awesome. I just bought my adult daughter a Wii, Just Dance and the Zumba game, she loves it. I think I need to get one for myself for something different.

I think maintaining at your height/weight is good and that's what you've been doing. I wouldn't change my calories at all, I'd just do more heavy-ish weight training. That way you'll look tighter and eventually drop body fat/inches.

I've done well with my workouts, every day this week. The exercise part is easy for me. The sugar challenge though ... grrrrrrrr. Less carbs and it has fiber I think ... I don't have any right now to look on the box. I use the vanilla one for cereal or for protein shakes; I'm not a fan of the way it tastes in coffee.
