Stop feeling bad for yourself and move on. Moping won't help you. Keep on going.

If your calories is particularly low or you are hungry, sure why not? If you're nervous about exercise calories being overestimated, only eat like 50% - 75% of it. So if you burned 300 calories, only eat 150 - 225 of them
-
Yeah, that sounds 100% healthy.

You can't spot reduce. All you can do is lose weight and tone up.

You should see a psychologist. Not random people on the internet.

It look like fat to me. People weigh fat differently. Some people have big bellies, big thighs, big boobs, big arms, etc.

Don't know what calculations your trainer is using, but by using MFP's calculator for BMI, it says you're around middle-high of the overweight section, not obese. editted to add: the calculator also states the highest normal weight for your height is around 155 lbs.

Water is the best thing to drink after eating something salty. Ever wonder why you get thirsty after a bowl of popcorn or peanuts?

Your body needs water in general to function. This doesn't need to be just water though. It can be from tea, foods, other drinks. Reasons why I like water is because I enjoy the lack of taste, it's zero calories, and it can fill you up so you feel less hungry. If you consume large amounts of sodium, drinking water can help…

I don't know about you, but caffeine gives me SO much diarrhea, no joke. If you wanted you, you could try removing certain foods from your diet to see if anything improves.

The only exercise to get rid of breast tissue is a breast reduction ;-)

Good job! Remember to never give up if you have a bad day or bad week. They will happen. Just log everything and move on.

Pizza, cereal w/ milk, cheese sticks, mozzarella cheese, spinach

You haven't really answered anyone's questions, OP. Look through @diannethegeek 's list. It covers basically everything I can think of

I love Spinach salads. I just get about 80-100g of Spinach, 80g of grape tomatoes, 28g of shredded cheese, and 4-5 tbsp of light zesty italian dressing (30 cal per 2 tbsp and sooo yummy)

um I don't think being cold would really affect much. The reason for weight fluctuations have already been listed.

Will power, mostly. Small plates and bowl and can help. Slowly eating and/or drinking lots of water before, during, and after eating.

It's 3 days. 3 days out of the total of 365 days in a year. Relax and have fun.

Cake and cookies are notoriously known for having high calories. If you really want to know how much you're eating, you should start counting calories better, specifically by using a food scale if you want to be extremely accurate (which since you're <30 lbs to your goal might be necessary). If you really think you're…

Unless you have a medical reason to avoid excess sodium, there really isn't a reason to limit it, as long as you're drinking an adequate amount of water.

Try to do stuff over the weekend, if it helps. Some people exercise, others go to events. You could go to the mall and shop/window shop. You could go to the park if you enjoy your current weather. You could get some friends and family and just hang out for the day. You could watch a movie. The way I see it, there are many…

Even if you're not, you should probably be asking that to your doctor
