  • when you look through you wardrobe for something that fits and the only thing you come up with are socks ..lol when you can't wait for the summer to go shop AND wear little skimpy clothes !! when its freezing out but you dont want to wear a sweater around because you dont want to hide you new body ..lol.

  • i do .. i clean eat !!! no artificial sweetners.. real butter, real cheese (yummy !!) i really can't find any good reason to put crap into my body ... we buy 90% organic as well...

  • hello all i said i was going to do an update, well here it is... i have only lost an other half a pound in the last week.. after losing so much in a couple of days it stoped.. im still eating more then i normaly would.. its going to take me a while to take that mental block and up my calories more,, its a longg process in…

  • if you can find yourself some paddles.(those webbed gloves). i find that they really help push the water harder, of course you go faster but if you really concentrate on your push .. it will had resistance.. i find that i definitly have more definitly in my arms and shoulders..

  • hi there !! those are not real indulgences.. those are pretty balanced breaky and snack if you ask me.. my idea of a threat is chocolate, cake and such things.. dont be so hard on yoruself, if you start restricting yourself too much you will feel deprived and that will not help you in the long run. beside .. i eat cheerios…

  • i have the same problems.. my days are filled up with tons of healthy food as it is and couldnt imagine eating more !! if i do then i always end up eating too much cards,, its always what i go for ... so i did too things,, i shortened my work outs,, i use to work 75 + (more often +) a day.. this week i went to 60 min,,…
