I totally feel the same way...sometimes even a "WTG" makes my day...but lately I have been lacking...and I think it is part that I feel my MPFers don't have my back anymore....

Chili! Veggie or Turkey. I make mine in a crockpot on the weekend...then portion it out. I use black or pinto bean with lots of veggies like tomatoes and bell peppers. Very enjoyable and filling. I sometimes give myself a treat of topping with light cheddar or light sour cream!

Lots and lots and lots of water. . .this will help. Remember to do core exercises when the body is warm and stretch when you are done.

Thoses fiber one bars are good and you get a little bit of chocolate with your snack. Look into foods you like that have a lot of fiber and protien that should stop the hungry. . .

Try nuts or dried fruit in your drawer...and drink lots of water. That is doing the trick for me. Also, some people like the 100 calorie snacks, but I hate them they leave me craving for more! LOL!
