Well, I put it in my slow cooker at 6pm. Hopefully it will be done by noon, as I will be gone all day after that.
-
Not bad at all. I bought the Kindle version.
-
TY, I do drink BPC, but really only started 2 weeks ago.
-
So any bone combination can be used? Right now I have about 1.5 pounds of beef marrow bones, plus some chicken bones that have been in my freezer for a while.
-
I would cut the broccoli by about 10% or so. But they were good.
-
Nope. When my heirloom tomatoes ripen, I sill have a few slices a day.
-
Most likely 2 real meals and 2 - 3 snacks.... but I don't get my lazy butt out of bed until 10 or 10:30.

Well, I was told no cream, and no purple or red Gatorade, if that makes you feel better. ;)
-
All told, I went 42 hours without anything to eat. And, while I was hungry, my blood glucose was pretty stable. I was afraid it would go too low. I checked 3x and it was 91, 129, 119.

Clean as a whistle. 64 ounces of Gatorade mixed with 238g of Miralax, and 2 Dulcolax pills will do that. Plus I probably drank 24 ounces of unsweetened tea.

Coffee was ok until midnight last night, but no cream.

4 pollups. He thinks all are benign, but sent to a lab.
-
Well I hope you are collectively right. 2 weeks until I actually take my physical, and I will find out all of my numbers, and then ask for another blood test for 6 weeks after that. Thanks for making it not seem so bad.

Well, fat bombs can be your best friend.... google it. :)
-
I think the brand is called Applegate.... available at BJ's wholesale, but other places too.
-
I do, but I make my own.
-
Are you familiar with "fat bombs"?
-
1. I don't know what TDEE is. But I used to be stable at 3000 - 3200 calories a day. Now I generally eat about 1800 - 2000. 2. I measure every single thing I eat on a digital scale, or use measuring spoons.

Basically you just put chia seeds in a liquid, and within a certain amount of time, the seeds puff up and become jelly like..... or, gel like. Some people only let them sit 15 minutes, some let them soak overnight. 1 part chia seeds to 3 parts liquid. I tend to use almond milk.

EDIT.....never had a colonoscopy after becoming diabetic, is what I meant to type.
-
OK, just for you.... but only because I forgot it when I went to the library with 10 other books to donate. :)
-
The "Fix It and Forget It Diabetic Cookbook"...... They have recipes for bread pudding, rice pudding, and tapioca pudding that have 25+ grams of sugar per portion. This book says "with the American Diabetic Association" on the cover. Even though it was a present to me from my daughter when she was 11, I will be giving this…

I lostabout 18 pounds in the first month, and since then, no loss. I fluctuate a lot from 260 to 265. A solid month with no additional loss. But I have had other good things happen.... smaller waist, started to exercise, and I can now sit in a booth at most restaurants.
-
Most likely you are correct.
-
I have so far, but I have to tell you, unless the pounds start dropping off again, I will find it very much harder to follow. But I am only 2 months in.
-
I guess I think differently since I not only have weight to lose, but have diabetes.
-
156.... but 2 months ago it was over 200, and close to 225, so I am thrilled.
-
.........couldn't care less. I'm not really a pizza person. I can eat it, but if I never had another slice in my life, that would be just fine.
-
Great! :) See, this is what is missing for me... my energy is no better, I often feel bloated, and I don't know of any change in my mood.... however, one thing has happened. I had severely cracked heels, and now they are almost fully healed.

Thank you!
