I cook up a big batch of ground turkey with mushrooms, peppers & onions on Sunday. You can put that on a salad, tacos, all kinds of stuff. I also steam up a big bag of kale. Please count me in! This is the hardest time of year for me with holidays, birthdays, family reunions!! I'm doing a beach body challenge currently for October & have even fell off the wagon on that, but I'm back on track now.

I'm with you, but I try to tell myself that anything worth having - good health, feeling comfortable in my own skin, etc. - takes hard work and planning. Eating healthy & working out comes naturally to some people & not to others (me!). It has taken me a long time to accept that. It is what it is.....

I'm also doing Turbo Fire. I'm with MsJohnson16, how do you log it? there are so many different DVD's, and I'm really not that coordinated yet to say I gave 110%, so I'm not sure how many calories I'm burning.

I'm in the same boat; but I'm a working mama. I've lost about 11 lbs. since January 1st, but am having trouble with the weekends! I'm from the south, so food is a huge part of our lives. I can't do fat free mayo, cheese or dressings. I don't mind the reduced fat, but to me the fat free taste like @ss.

I'm in VA and got mine at a health food store. GNC would probably have it as well. I always have a few with me, even doing that makes me feel more at ease. Good Luck and hang in there!

The same thing happened to me when I quit smoking 4 years ago. I would stay up all night with panic attacks. Once a panic attack starts (at least with me), nothing works. I refuse to take prescription meds for it, it's fight or flight. I just fight it until it goes away. Of course, that's just me. Everyone is different.…

I NEVER weigh myself the week before or the week during my period! I always gain a few lbs. around that time & feel like a cow. I try to drink lots of water to get rid of the fluid tension I tend to keep. Good Luck!
