Well I've completed the egg exercise twice, posted my egg "recipe", trying to get my omega-3's in, and I've been walking like a crazy person lol. i did miss the water challenge though. I usually drink nothing but water, but I went on a weird tea binge Monday (before i knew about the challenge) and didn't drink enough…

I'm not really a big egg fan, but when I do eat eggs its usually an egg sandwich. All you do is throw some eggs in a pan, add literally anything you want to it, i usually add tomato, olives, and spinach. Then put it on some bread, in a tortilla, or on top of a bagel. Yum!

Just finished strong lifts w2 d3 (I think) and I'm currently at 17,064 steps for the day. I feel like I'm finally getting back into the swing of things. I was sick all of January and February so its nice to finally be back on track. :)

Hello everyone! I'm looking forward to this challenge. I just finished up a Valentines day challenge and found it very motivational, so I'm ready to jump into another one. I'm 27 and have lost 37 lbs, only 11 pounds to goal.

I will thanks. I am a little worried about not having the correct form and injuring myself. I don't have the money for a personal trainer or anything, but i was thinking about getting a large mirror to check form.
