There is an older guy (60ish) at my gym who loudly grunts and moans - on the Elliptical!! :noway: I would be more understanding if he was really getting at it, but he just mozies on it for about 10 minutes :huh:

OMG Im the same way! No touching! :noway: Unless it's meant to touch, like potatoes and gravy. I constantly get teased about it! lol :blushing: I also cant stand styrofoam. The sound of it rubbing together or rubbing against ANYTHING (especially cardboard) makes my skin crawl. I cant even stand to touch it! Blech!

Wow! Like everyone else said - you carry your weight well! I am 5'7 and 169, with a goal weight of 150, for now. It looks like you have a great start to your goal with the look of those arms! Way to go and keep it up! We can all do this! :drinker:

I have similar issues where I just don't have the energy to do anything after a long day. I am slowly learning how to eat better, but finding motivation to do anything extra is still not happening. Maybe we can learn together :)

I've been wondering the same thing (along with Vodka)! I like the above suggestions, and I think moderation is key. Don't sacrifice the taste/quality for an occasional treat!
