well hello!! 21 lbs lost already is pretty great! I'm working on toning things up. I'd like to get a all muscular and stuff :P

I'm 5'9 and 130. Normally I would say that is really skinny but I have very narrow hips, and a tiny butt and tiny boobs. I'm pretty petite so I don't really go by the scale! According to a lot of bmi charts i'm under weight but as you can see i'm pretty average :) Good luck on your weight loss journey!

It's such an educational tool. I logged EVERYYYTHING for 6 months. Now i'm to the point where I slack off some but I also am much more aware of what I am putting in my body. I think everyone should try logging at some point!

I would't recommend trying to force yourself to eat stuff like fish if you don't like it. It's good to give it a shot but you don't want to associate eating healthy with foods you don't even like!

are you using a heart rate monitor? It helps to know that you are eating the right amount of calories back. with that said you HAVE TO EAT MORE. your net shouldn't ever be lower that 1200 in my opinion. Your body isn't going to keep preforming for you if you aren't giving it enough fuel

A lot of the time when people are trying to lose the last few pounds they aren't eating enough. have you ever looked into your bmr? I'm 5'9 and mfp didn't give me enough calories in the beginning.

I've been trying to get my hubby to do it. He started insanity but didn't finish it. I feel like it would get him much more prepared for insanity!

Kinda. I've been really busy with school lately but I've been doing 6 week 6 pack, the shred, and 3 miles a day. I was doing insanity. I'm thinking about starting it up again.
