What a great idea, this IS a fitness and health site. I know my doctor endorses this site think how many more people would endorse if the knew features like this would be added. Good idea MFP lets see how you can make it work.

How bad do you want to lose weight? You can do it just have to want it more than you want the extra serving of anything, the excuse to go for a walk or any exercise. One step at a time and you will get to your goals.

So much for discipline in Vegas. That right there is why you will be disciplined before Vegas. You can do it.

See only say NICE things like you are doing great, keep up the great work. We love you, you are special. That way that won't send you messages for enjoying yourself

You can do this you took the first step by coming here. Once it becomes a habit it gets easier , instead of bad choices make the right choice do it often enough and you will be well on your way. Send a friend request if you like.

Dads and daughters never end. My little girl is now a wonderful wife and mother to a teenage boy. But always has time to send her Papa an I Love You text, at the very least a couple times a week. She lives on the other side of the country now but she is always in my heart. All the best to you and your daughter they grow…

Whenever I see my wife even after being married for 35 years she still makes me smile when I see her. Also my grandchildren either seeing them or speaking with them.

I eat vegetarian beans because they make me fart. When that happens my grand kids laugh because they think farts are funny so do most people think farts are funny. I also eat meat because it makes me fart it brings smiles to everyone.

56 years in a row on November 1st. 35th Anniversary is on November 25th. Daughter was born October 31st Birthdays are always great!!!

How about teaching him to go to school, he can become a sports attorney. No injuries and he can take care of you!
