Oh, also frozen meals! I buy groceries on Friday, and prepare the meals for the week and stick them all inn freezer bag. Once I'm ready I throw it in a crockpot and have yummy homemade food when I get home from work!!

Not so pro tip, frozen fruit (once thawed) as well as veggies taste the same as fresh!!

Struggled with never feeling full. Try aiming to drink half your body weight in water, I've personally never reached that goal. But, the increase of water intake has been what I needed.
