My name is Kim and I am 31 years old. I have been struggling with my weight for a very long time. I have tried every fad diet imaginable, joined boot camps and gyms, even had a personal trainer for awhile. It wasn't until recently that I realized I needed a life change not just a weight change. I started myfitnesspal along with runkeeper in October weighing in at 198 pounds and have just hit my first mini goal of 10 pounds. Losing weight the correct way takes a whole lot longer than pills and fad diets so my weekly weigh ins are still a struggle as I am not losing as much as I would like. But I am determined to "Just Keep Swimming" and reach my goal of 160.
