I'm sorry about your sister. Take the time to process this and don't put too much on your plate, both literally and figuratively. I know from experience, when my dad died trying to do too much was terrible. Make good choices but doing beat yourself too bad if a mishap happens.

My mother had the same problem and surgery on both shoulders. It's painful and it sucks. In her rehabilitation they gave her guidelines of what she can do. I usually walk rather fast, and when I'm with people I sometimes forget. My mother is always reminding me to slow down so we can walk together. Try telling this to her, maybe she is not doing it on purpose, but if she continuous to be like that and you're not comfortable mean girl or not, stop walking with her. :)
