Skin tightening lags behind fat loss, by anywhere from a few months to a few years. So if you do end with lose skin after you lose the weight, it will likely look better and better as time passes. :smile:

You already have muscle, strength training will preserve it while you lose fat if you're eating on a calorie deficit. It's very difficult to increase muscle mass on a calorie deficit, which is why many people do bulk/cut cycles alternating eating at a surplus with eating at a deficit.

So according to the scan you lost 9lbs of LBM and 2lbs of fat? I don't know if JM "counts" as lifting, but even if you were just flailing around on an elliptical and starving yourself that ratio seems way off. I wouldn't worry about it. Those things are verrrry inaccurate.

I have eaten cottage cheese with every fruit readily available and pineapple is by far the best fruit to mix with it.

My BH contractions are very far apart and painless, so my husband and I are just waiting impatiently over here.
