I love my Just Dance and Zumba wii games. Choose sweat mode on Just Dance - I have a HR monitor and burn more on Just Dance than my Zumba game. The zumba game is fun, but not nearly the calorie burn I get at a live class, but still it's not bad. Also if you have kids the Just Dance is pretty fun with them too!

You could buy one of Jillian's cheap workouts - 30 day shred or one of the other $10 ones. A hundred $ is a lot to spend if you aren't sure you'll like her. I think her workouts do work, but I personally just don't like her as a trainer. I do love Chalene though so she is worth all the big $ to me.

This just happend to me on turbo fire too! I am now on week 6 and feel better. Are you taking a multivitamin? That helps me a lot - the iron especially. Did you make a major diet change? It could be you are adjusting to 2 big changes - intense exercies and a big diet shift??

I do a bottle of half gatorade and half water after an hour. That seems to be enough for me. I know people who eat their kids' fruit snacks too instead of the more expensive sport jelly beans and they say that works good too. I just didn't like the time it takes to chew them.

It could be the humidity. In the middle of last summer I was up to 8 miles with no issues and when the humidity hit, I could barely eke out 4 miles and felt sickish for a long time after. Okay, I'm gonna give this a try. I have an elliptical. I think it'd be more fun outside running but too cold for me now. It will be tough to quit after only 20 min. Do you take a mulitvitamin? I used to also feel just exhausted all the time. When I had my yearly physical the nurse asked me if I was tired a lot because my iron was low. Not low enough to be a medical issue, but enough to make me tired. A generic grocery-store brand women's mulitvitamin solved it for me!

I think pilates has helped a lot, although I'm nowhere near bikini shape:) I have always heard "abs are made in the kitchen", meaning you really have to watch your diet. Cut out processed sugar, pop, etc. I just haven't been able to make that leap yet.
