Anyone doing peak8 workouts? it's a little more specific than HIIT. Here's a link. Just wondering what your results are and if you still are still lifting weights.

    Okay, I'm gonna give this a try. I have an elliptical. I think it'd be more fun outside running but too cold for me now. It will be tough to quit after only 20 min. How on earth will I ever figure out my calorie burn without a HR monitor though?! You'll have to tell me what you get so I at least have some idea.
