Quick question/advice...Any ideas on how to get over exhaustion/tiredness without "8hour shots", "diet pills" or shakes or powders. I've just been really tired lately and I just can't seem to shake it.

B vitamins help your body release stored energy and iron also helps transport oxygen around the body so those might help if you're deficient.

Good question. . Make sure you are not anemic. I was very anemic a few years ago. Had no idea. Was just tired all the time.
Are you getting enough quality sleep? I find caffeine does not give me a long term boost. Drinking cold water helps me. Even a slight (5%) dehydration can make you feel sluggish. Go talk to your Dr. about this if it continues. Have him/her give you a physical and check thyroid, blood sugar and H & H (for anemia). Are you getting enough calories & protein in? Cute pic of kitten. Is it yours?

Do you take a mulitvitamin? I used to also feel just exhausted all the time. When I had my yearly physical the nurse asked me if I was tired a lot because my iron was low. Not low enough to be a medical issue, but enough to make me tired. A generic grocery-store brand women's mulitvitamin solved it for me!

Exercise will help in the long run. if you consistently use energy boosters then your body will come to rely on them, once you stop using them and get fitter you wont need them any more.
