Even their turkey and roast beef isn't just turkey and roast beef. I thought it was good for me until I went out to the website and saw all the fillers in just their "deli meat". Cheese isn't even dairy - it's all crap.

Yea!! Super glad to have found other cancer-a@@-kicking survivors on MFP! I'm Deanna - papillary diagnosed in August 2013, TT in August, RAI in October/November 2013. December was an almost clear body scan - WOOHOO. So, 2014 - BRING IT ON as long as it's HEALTHY! My Endo keeps me hyper (0.1-0.3 TSH) to suppress any…

Mine was a present, but hubby got it off of Amazon.com and I totally love it. LOVE IT. I had to upgrade my phone to use it (I'm android - now a Samsung Galaxy) but it's been totally good for me. I think twice before I stuff my face or stay up late to do chores....I'm also using it to make sure I don't sit longer than 30…

Yea! I'm a Jawbone UP user and would love more friends! I love mine! Totally makes me think before stuff a donut in or staying up late. Please friend me if you're interested. Thanks!

Hi, Divorced mom of two girls - 5 and 8. Same deal here - work full time, trying to fit in time for myself always and have quality time with my girls. I've been doing Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred, but honestly, it's so boring doing the same stuff day after day, but it is quick and to the point. I have a gym membership…

Where to begin? LOL Cannot go to bed without washing face and brushing teeth in a certain routine and must have my feet covered so the boogie monster doesn't get my toes (not really, but why else must my feet be covered?) Cannot relax until the kitchen is clean and dishes are not sitting in the sink and if it's a school…

Big difference! Nice work! Great changes to your lifestyle, too. Keep up the healthy work!
-
When the past comes calling, let it go to voicemail...it has nothing new to say. NO.
-
Dude - Rock On! You're totally doing great! 50 lbs is absuolutely a feat in itself! Nice work! I see a big difference in your face....keep it up. SUCH a GREAT reason to get healthy - your little one needs ya! Congrats!

AWESOME job! You are an inspiration and gorgeous! Congratulations!!!

Not allowing my "fat girl inside me" to eat the really good stuff anymore.... Being cold. Being hungry!!!!! BUT getting healthy, getting stronger and looking better in a bathingsuit = priceless!
-
LOL...this is hilarious. I'm fluent in several languages - profanity, sarcasm, real sh&t and English.
-
OMG - Rock on, Hot Momma! A beautiful transformation of your body and more importantly, your life!! Fabulous!
-
Day three done first thing this morning.....and I was hungry today! LOL

Do waffles count as exercise?? We have waffles once a week or at least once every two weeks. Waffles are very important emotionally to a marriage.....15 years later, I only want one waffle maker.....who by the way, made two mini waffles with me. ;)

Wooohooo....I was sooo grouchy before doing it and felt so much better after!! Bonus!
-
I was in the same boat as you - no HRM. I put in: Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort for 18 minutes and it came up with 180 calories which is what most folks are around who have the HRM.....works for me and it's free! LOL
-
You guys are awesome! I was just thinking I need some advice on this topic for "the girls" because they're downright sore from bouncing....and whaaaa-la, here's the post I needed. Thanks!
-
Level one, day two....not bad. Only one part that burns my shoulders.....
-
WOW - totally inspiring! Congratulations!!!
-
I'm in! Thanks for getting this group together!! Question: How do you put the exercise into your log? Just by time and sit-ups/pushups?
-
Count me in! I haven't done it before, but have had the DVD for MONTHS. Typical. Let's hold one another accountable!

GREAT thread and thank you for putting yourself out there and being vulnerable! I hate to workout, but I also know I'll feel better - physically and mentally after I do....so that is what gets me to the gym or out for a walk with the dogs. Thank you for sharing.
-
Right on! Add me! I'm looking to be accountable to others on this journey - cuz I'm sick and tired of lugging "baby weight" around.....

Hi, I'm new here too and looking for some support on staying motivated, too! I'm down in So. Texas, where it's too hot to exercise outside a lot of the time so I do go to the gym, but I work out and then get out of there.....I've got two girls - 5 and 7, so they're my priority a lot of the time, but I'm trying to put…
