First rule is that if you are breastfeeding you should not be dieting. It's counter productive. Works for me...all my meals are basically the same daily except dinner. If I give myself too much variety, I crave crazy foods!

If you feel stick...why would you keep taking them? I've toyed with a few different ones in the past and the only ones that didn't make me feel sick are Cellucor T7 Extreme Stimulant Free Fat Burner and Apex Caffeine FREE Fat Burn. The others made me feel like I was on meth so I didn't keep using them.

try cutting it into little pieces, chop up some cucumber to mix it with and add in some little mozzarella balls. It's the bomb! Perfect side dish to a meal or just as a snack by itself.

Your trainer is an idiot if he/she used those words. Yes, there are better choices of food to keep you fuller longer but there is nothing wrong with cereal I eat mostly just egg whites and oats because it keeps me full for a good 3 hours :-)
