  • Our family changed what we eat and are eating clean, but it took time to change. One of the best things I did was a detox and changing the way we ate. It does take time.

  • We get our organic frozen cherries from Costco and buy them occasionally. You don't want to buy cherries if not organic, because they are in the top ten fruits that have a lot of pesticides on them that aren't healthy for us. Recipe can be made without the cherries though too! :)

  • This is the best response I found! Switching to an organic coffee to avoid chemicals. Also avoiding other chemicals like corn syrup found in coffee creamers. That is clean eating! Or drinking if you prefer!
