I've used hydroxycut. It's a scam. Save your money. Read up on the side effects. I had severe shaking and dizziness from taking it. I didn't lose weight any faster using hydroxycut than I did with a calorie deficit. A sure fire way to increase you metabolism is to exercise.

Weight loss is not linear. There will be some ups and hopefully many downs. Things that can affect weight loss: TOM Sodium sudden increase in exercise (holds onto some water weight) If you do not have one, I suggest investing in a food scale to help ensure you are in a deficit.

@EvgeniZyntx That's what I meant. If you are getting it from food sources it is very hard to over do it, unless someone is adding in some sort of supplement. (my quotes are being weird at the moment)
