Down one pound this week! I think this may be my body balancing out for last week's 3 pound drop =P, at least, I hope so! That puts me at 134 :). Can't wait to see the progress! :happy:

Go slow. When you see the snacks decide which ones you want and how much of each you are going to eat before you actually do. If you can't resist the "non healthy" option, have a little! Hey! Checking in! I am down 1 pound from last week (140 lbs.)! This is good considering I spent the second half of the week doing damage control from the first half, where nearly half of my meals were out to eat! I am excited to see everyone's progress! Keep it up! :smile:
