Healthy Choc. muffins

These are very good, my Gr. kids even love them.


3 cups original All Bran cereal
2 1/2 cups water
1 package Betty Crocker lowfat brownie mix, if you can't find this brand use any cheap brownie mix, no extra fudgie or added choc. chips.
3 tsp. baking powder, this is not baking soda, this usually comes in a can
1/3 cup cocoa powder
In large mixing bowl:
mix cereal with water and let sit while you gather other ingredients about 10 min.
Add brownie mix, cocoa and baking powder, mix well with wooden spoon, no need to use mixer.

Bake in sprayed muffin pans, Bake 350 degrees for about 25 min. test center, should not be wet in center.
If you end up with about 20-22 muffins. They are only 60 calories each. Store in fridge, they get more moist after a day, if they last that long.
