I am exactly 167 this morning for a total loss of 0.4 this week...which although it doesn't seem like much, I am happy with
because I started doing some running this week [which I am not fond of] and think I'm already gaining muscle & possibly holding some water weight in my muscles too. I am really hoping to be 165 by Valentines day, so as long as I can reach that in the next 2 weeks, I'll be pretty pleased!
Any loss is good in my book lol I am buying a measuring tape today to keep track of my inches. I keep hearing that muscle weighs more than fat so because you're running that maybe the case :flowerforyou: hang in there and see you next weekI just started this journey so I hope to at least attempt to lose as much as you have :bigsmile: YAY!!!!

Hey guys, this morning I am weighing in at 151.6! It's a 2 lb loss from 153.6.
I struggled all week (gaining muscle and having it show on the scale) but I didn't give up and I exercised my butt off at the gym!
Good job, ladies! I hope we all keep losing. =]0 -

TODAY'S weight is 211.2 a loss from last week BUT I was 210.0 YESTERDAY!!!! :grumble: Oh well :ohwell: an overall loss is still a loss lol

ugh, I am back up to my starting weight of 167.4
I am disappointed in the gain, but I lost several inches this past week from doing the shred 7 days & cardio at the gym 5 nights. Hopefully next week I'll be able to post a loss...and I just have to say - GO STEELERS!!! I am a hardcore Vikings fan, and the Pack has always been the enemy, so there's just no way I can cheer for them. :laugh:0 -
Hey! Checking in! I am down 1 pound from last week (140 lbs.)! This is good considering I spent the second half of the week doing damage control from the first half, where nearly half of my meals were out to eat! I am excited to see everyone's progress! Keep it up!0

Yay! I am finally down (even if it is only .6!). 137.4 this week.
Haha! I love the Vikings too...but grew up 100 miles from Green Bay and am in a diehard Packer family...so I love them too

I'm hoping Super Bowl Sunday doesn't dramatically change that though! I'm planning on hitting the gym HARD tomorrow to make up for it. Lol.

I wasn't able to go to the gym last night but weighed-in today & I've dropped down to 142.5lbs. Actually, I thought we were going to weigh-in on Mondays :ohwell:
Anyway, aimeeclaire, if you get a chance plese update the list with my loss. If not, you can do it next week

Ok my starting weight was 255.6 (when I returned home from Disney)
This mornings unofficial weigh in was 252.4
