Banana, peanut butter, coconut milk, protein powder of choice....that should descend pretty well.
-
Those foods are supposedly probiotics, so would potentially be altering your gut flora. Making more gas could be due to that...

Grate zucchini in to your oats (zoats... It's a thing)

I think the new low cal ones are coming soon @Lillymoo01 - I saw it advertised on insta today (where I got the pic from) I like the no sugar vanilla and salted caramel ice-cream, it's a cheaper alternative to halo top/fro pro etc.

I tried Chobani fit.... Hated it. It wasn't sweet enough, or flavourful enough and I thought the texture was weird. Not sure why they need to add rice starch etc to it... I'll just stick to my woolies skyr with protein powder! I just saw these advertised... Another addition to the frozen dessert collection

There are plenty of calorie dense whole foods.
-
It would depend on the types of foods you're eating. If you're choosing a lot of low calorie dense foods you can eat massive amounts of volume which might make you feel bloated and cause digestive issues.

Defining how I ate as "clean eating" ended up making me the unhealthiest I've ever been in my life. There is more to being healthy than what you put in your mouth. Sure, focus on eating more wholefoods and preparing foods from scratch, but don't think that is in any way unusual or requiring a label. It's just eating.

Good sourdough bread spread with Vegemite, then avo, topped with a poached egg or two.

Why not have a shared cooking night and enjoy a dinner together that you've prepared that better fits your calorie goals? Make it fun - theme it around a certain cuisine, or to suit the movie you plan on watching?

Eat whatever herbs you like.

Until it becomes illegal to eat a certain food, what's the point in feeling guilty for eating it? You haven't done anything wrong. The food hasn't done anything wrong.

I've seen Joe wicks' programs on TV.... They make me want to bang my head against a wall and/or throw abuse at the TV. He sprouts so much rubbish. I plan my whole day of meals. I have a certain amount of each macro I'm trying to hit and I don't care where, when, how I get to that amount!

To put in healthy weight (not just fat) you need to start following some sort of progressive lifting program. This doesn't necessarily require a gym, but going to a gym would definitely help. Don't use "not knowing what to do" as an excuse to not go to a gym - there are trainers at gyms, there is a mountain of resources…

I used the method to lose weight. I also ate that way to maintain and gain weight (on purpose).

A book?

Green beans? Hardly a "go to" for increasing protein. If the op was eating similar meals, they could increase protein by changing rice for quinoa. Adding beans (not the green vegetable variety) and legumes would also bump up protein.

If you haven't tried Cadbury choc with kettle chips, please do! And caramel M&m's... Mmm yum! Has anyone tried Chobani Fit? How does it compare to Yopro in terms of taste and texture?

Eggs/whites Yogurt (natural, low fat, high protein with protein powder mixed in for sweetness and flavour) Protein pancakes. Salmon Good steak (thick eye fillet please)

Eggs.

I write/plan one day of food and eat the same thing every week day. Makes life easy! Weekends are more flexible and I have different foods and a different meal schedule.
-
Cadbury chocolate with kettle chips. Not low cal, but tastes good. :D

Did you pick the right settings? If you selected your activity based on your steps, then add it as exercise you may be eating too much...
