Eat Clean Diet - Using Herb

Hi,

Can anybody explain to me what type of herb that can & cant be use in this diet. I got confius when so many thought.

    What diet is that? "Clean eating"? It's just a collection of confused ideas. A healthy diet is balanced and varied, no foods are in themselves healthy or unhealthy, it's all about portions and proportions, you can eat anything you want in moderation.

    Eat whatever herbs you like.

    There is no reason to restrict your use of herbs or spices in your food.

    Herbs and spices are usually low calories.
    Use them liberally to flavor your food. No need to eliminate any food, just eat less calories than your body burns. That’s all you need for weight loss.

    Herbs add flavour to meals, they are practically nil calories so add away.
