I just had my levels checked last month and they were fine, I take my medication regularly, yes. I'll just have to keep at it. My diet is pretty good, lots of protein....probably too much dairy, I should probably check that at the door. I love my cheese, though!

I've only been on the diet for about a month....but I haven't lost anything. Not one single pound.

I have done a month of alternating the 30 day shred with the last chance workout and lost 6 lbs so far....the cardio intervals help burn calories which lead to weight loss, and the strength intervals help shape muscles.

I can relate. I'm a SAHM to a 3 year old and 2 month old. One of the most frustrating parts is finding time to work out. I have the SAME problem. Then I bought a water bottle...and it comes everywhere with me...and it makes drinking the necessary water easy because I just grab it at random....I drink a lot more water this way. Also, since drinking more water my skin looks SOOOO much better and that was a huge motivator for me.

Soda. I used to kick off every morning with a Mountain Dew. Then I moved to 7up..thinking it was "better"...now I'm on to water. It's been ROUGH...but so far today, no soda!

Soda. I gave up my favorite, Mountain Dew, when I was pregnant and ran into problems with Eclampsia after birth. I moved to Cherry 7Up but I'm trying to limit myself to 1 a day.

I'm doing the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred right now, and I really like it because I've never exercised before...so it's easy to follow and Jillian really yells at you and whips you into shape.
