Hi, i did jillian michaels 30 day shred dvd. Level 1 (my first time). When i try to log it the database has no recognition to the name of the exercise. I tried typing in this: jillian michaels 30 day shred dvd. Level 1. What should i type in??

  • It would be considered high impact aerobics. The planner doesn't recognize name specific.

Most people log 30DS as circuit training, general under cardio. If I do any Jillian DVD I log it as ciruit training.

To get a more accurate reading of your calorie count you should get at HRM if possible, then you can create and log your own exercises. MFP tends to be in the high range when guessing.

Hi Mum, it's a heart rate monitor. It calculates calories burned for exercise. I ordered mine from argos (about £16). Haven't got it yet so i'm not sure how good that particular 1 is but if you like i can let you know when i've tested it out
