I use all Mapmyfitness line and also for my calorie burn watch with heart-rate monitor.

Make sure you are eating enough calories. That same thing happened to me in the beginning. I was eating only 1200 cals. Went I went to 2000 cals it was all good.

I mix 5k running in with my current training. When I first started program last year I had to walk and run 5k. Now I can run 10 miles non stop. Running and cycling makes my legs pretty bulky but oh we'll lol.
