I put mine on top of fruit and yoghurt or just sprinkle it over salad after squeezing lemon juice on or over veggies. Make sure I get one portion a day as that's all a body really needs.

I started using the stairs. I'd increase one at a time and, when I could do ten, I'd move down a step (still doing the 10 from the step above). By the time you get to the floor, you can do several in a row as you've already gradually increased your body's ability to do them! Worked for me!!

Try going slower and landing on the middle of your foot rather than the heel. Think of your feet as moving in a circle - almost like a bike - with the contact point under your centre of gravity, rather than a stride in front of you. I use an HRM too - mfp's calorie estimates are way too high for me - usually have to reduce it by 50-100 cals

I've just bought that too! I put it down as circuit training as I did the warmup, shadow boxing and circuit training. The warmup alone is exhausting!!!

It's supposed to be 10 days at each of the three levels (ie. 30 days), but I did two weeks at each level

The first time I had to stop many times, but I tried to just take the 5 sec rest and carry on. By the end of Level1, I could just about do it all the way through (those shoulder raises!). I actually did 2 weeks on each level and I'm due to start Level 3 on Monday. I've only had one day where I didn't do it. I lost inches…

I've used my HRM and it burns between 213-230 cals, depending how much effort goes into it ( I'm 5ft 2, 176lbs, 55). From warm up to end of cool down is 28 mins and I put it under circuit training, general if that helps!

Most places, if you tell them what you want, will do it for you. It helps if you ring up first and check, but most are really helpful. I find that concentrating on breathing out slower helps me - the breathing in takes care of itself!
