Tell me your creative ways to use ground flax seed/flaxmeal

I already use flax in oatmeal, well, when I remember.
My fav. way to eat is is in lemon 'poppyseed' muffins
just make your basic muffin or pancakes recipe and add lemon flavoring and flax.
even better if you have cinnamon and cloves or allspice.
I'm sure other flavors would work too.

I've also used flax as breadcrumbs making veggie burgers and 'meat' balls.

    remember to store your ground flax in the fridge or freezer.
    According to the article, if you have whole flax-unground, it is ok to store at room temp.

    I just mix it into my oatmeal and greek yogurt for the added health benefits! Added to the yogurt it makes it seem like a more substantial snack that holds me over longer.

    I make them into banana pancakes.

    Mash half a banana.
    Add a glug of egg whites, and beat till fluffy.
    Stir in a tablespoonful of flax seed.
    Cook in the micorwave for 1 minute.

    I put mine on top of fruit and yoghurt or just sprinkle it over salad after squeezing lemon juice on or over veggies. Make sure I get one portion a day as that's all a body really needs.

    Flax "Omega" Ice Cream:

    INto a food processor:

    -1 frozen banana, broken into chunks
    -1/4 c unsweet almond milk
    -2 T flax seed meal (ground flax)
    -pinch "pumpkin pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, etc blend)
