  • This is my daily lifestyle :P you can get plenty of protein from plant based meals aslong as you eat enough of them. If you feel like you are getting too hungry to quickly add in some nuts like almonds or pumpkin seeds too :) good luck :)
  • I mash up two bananas, chop up and apple, 5 almonds, 0.25 tablespoon of flax seed, 0.5 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds and one tablespoon of sunflower seeds.............it's yummy nutritious and you get a good portion!
