I am 5'6 and just reached 125 from 167 and I feel it is the perfect weight for me. I feel good, my new clothes fit really well and b/c I use weights, I have muscle tone and look healthy. I recently lost 34 pounds and 30 of it I did in 4 months, which is pretty fast. I like either whole wheat toast with almond butter, think thin bars, cheerios, Chobani Greek Yogurt or Erin Bakers breakfast cookies. Along with my sugar free iced coffee, I try to keep it around 400 calories:smooched:

I just found this show as well! I love it because it is so different from anything produced here & in many ways, a lot more honest! I learn something new each time I watch, I also found out what a stone and a crisp are! :smooched:
