    5'6"
I weighed 128 when I was in my late 20s and it looked good then. It wouldn't now. I weighed 148-155 in my mid 50's (after losing about 60 pounds) and when I look back at my pics from then I am distressed to see that I looked too thin, like a big head on a skinny body. Now that I am 61, I am looking to weigh about 168. However, I need to get under 200 first and so for the moment, my goal is 198.

I am 5'6" and I have a large frame and bone structure. My goal weight is 160 or a size 10 (US) . At that time, I will see where I am and if I'm happy with it or if I want to keep going.

I am 5'6 and just reached 125 from 167 and I feel it is the perfect weight for me. I feel good, my new clothes fit really well and b/c I use weights, I have muscle tone and look healthy. I do have some friends though who think I look too "thin" now. I personally think it is up to the individual what their "perfect" weight is. I know for me, I was 115-118 in H.S. and THAT was too thin for me, of course I did absolutely no working out then and had a super speedy metabolism, so there you go.

I appreciate hearing the feedback though on others experiences, sometimes it's hard to know when maintenance should kick in

I'm currently 5"6 and my healthy range is anywhere between 117-154. I would like to be about in the middle of the range at 135 but once I'm at a healthy range my goal will be more determined by bf% and will likely be more fitness related vs. gravity related :P

Hello Ladies, are you 5'5 or 5'6? What is your goal wight? I am about 5'6 and my goal weight is 125. I am 30 years old. Please share with me, so that I can see if that is too low or too high! Thank you.

    I'm 28, 5'7 and goal is 140.
Good luck! I think your goal is perfect.

@ 5'7, ideal weight is 120-160. Mine was 130, but I have some muscle mass. Do you? Are you working on some? If so, I'd increase that goal a little.

5'5 My first goal was 130. And secret goal of 125. However currently plateaued at 137. Not sure how long I'll be here. Apparently the closer you get to your goal you slow down quite a bit. And as I'm more concerned with lowering body fat so I can see my abs I have a feeling I'm going to just lose inches mostly from now on. It's hard to walk away from the scale though. I'm the same size if not smaller then when I got married:) and have had 2 kids so that's a

I'm 5'5 and currently 154 lbs. I would like to be about 130-135 lbs. I'm a medium build and this weight would put me healthy. I think I would be about size 7 at 130 lbs.

Im not to sure if I want to go under 150. I dont want to look like a walking twig. Im 5'6 with a larger frame. So im not sure going back to my pre baby body weight would work now. Kind of like the curves I got from them. :)

I'm 5'6, my initial goal was 160 lbs (185 SW), hit that and thought why not try 150. After I hit the 150 mark I said why not try for 140. I have no real hard set goal as far as weight anymore because I thought 160 was perfect and here I am 10 lbs lighter and still going strong! I set my GW to 140 after hitting the 150 mark but I think whatever feels right is where you should be. I'm also on the larger (I.E. broad shoulders, large hands, size 10 US). I think the moral of my story is you really never know til you're there but it feels great the closer you get :).

I'm 5'6" and currently 109 and very tone. I eat healthy foods and have been running about 15-20 miles a week and that is how I lost the 6 pounds I normally have during the summer months. I dropped down to 107 last week and had to lay off running a little bit. I'd say if you feel comfortable at 125, then that's great! For someone who is 5'6" your bmi is still in the healthy range down to 114-115.

130-140 with muscle definition. Once I'm there, I'll decide if I need to drop more weight.

5'6" (although I swear I've shrunk down to 5'5" because of my herniated discs) and a goal weight of 135.

I'm currently 145 and am happy with this as well, but I've wanted to be back down to 135 again if possible and see how that looks before toning. Anything lower than 130 I don't want because I like my curves and want to remain curvy
