I am 5'6" and my new goal weight is 190 - 195. I know I will feel best at that weight I am in the process of building some muscle so it will take a bit longer but I will get there this year!0

I am 5 foot 6 inches and my goal weight is 160 and then re evaluate. I have been over 200 lbs for over 20 years, so my real goal is to be healthy. I have been exercising for over a year, and I have lost to 173-175. I think for me to hit the weights on the charts might be unrealistic at 59 years old.0

5'6" Goal 128 lbs. I'd love to see those numbers. But I think my body is fighting that pretty hard. I can't seem to get under 132. Blah.0

5"5, 116-1200

5'6", starting weight at about 140 lbs, current weight 130 lbs, goal weight 120 lbs. I'm not very muscular (and probably never will be), so a lower weight is fine for me.0

154
I'm about 5' 6". I just want to get to a normal BMI, and then take it from there.
I was thinking all these 5'6" people with goal weights of 120 were good and that my goal of 150 was too high. Then I saw this. I'm 5'5" and my goal is 150, which will put me right in the normal BMI range. I'd like a little cushion tho, so we'll see what happens after I get there0 -
im 5'6 and my goal weight is 147. i'm 166 right now0

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 140. I don't really know what that will look like but I'm aiming for a UK size 12. I'll adjust as I get nearer to goal (I expect I'll be one size larger "on top!"0

I am 5'4 I don't have a goal weight. My goal is to get to 20% body fat and take it from there. The number on the scale matters not0

I am 5'5". My surgeon said 130, but I think 150 is much more realistic. I am 57, have had two kids and been through menopause. I haven't seen 130 since I was 20. I have a large frame. I am shooting for 150.0

I'm five foot five and a quarter and am 54. I'd be satisfied with 129, happy with 126 and delighted with 121, though 121 is probably a bit underweight.0

I am 5'6" and need to alter my OR - I don't care anymore what I weigh. I think I will know when I am there. Right now I am a size 12 and would love to go back down to a 10. Once there I may strive for an 8 but for now I am concentrating on lifiting weights and burning off a few calories with cardio when I am feeling it.
I love having a little curve and if that means a higher scale reading I am ok with that.0 -
I am 5ft. 5in. and my goal is 135. I weighed that when I was 25 and stayed that until age 40. Now it is 152 and I need to CUT OUT alcohol to improve my health and lose weight!.......................I am age 49 now. I wear size 6-8 now.0

I'm 5'6 and I was really happy at 150 once but I'd ultimately like to be 1350

I am 35% body fat right now and I want to be 18%- 20%. I have a large frame and build muscle easily so my ideal weight could be anywhere from 160 to 180 I guess. I really don't know though. I am gonna reevaluate my goals every 25 lbs I lose. I don't want to get stuck on a number that isn't realistic for me.0

I am 5'5 and I have been maintaining 129/130 for over a year. It is constant work with the calorie counting and walking daily 4-7 miles per day. I am 50, menopausal, and can not imagine going any lower.0

The goal on my ticker is set to 150, which was my initial goal when I started losing weight. But at this point, I'm much more concerned with my body composition and getting to a place where I feel and look great. Not sure what my weight will be when I get there, and I don't really care.
ETA: I'm 5'6".0 -
im 5' 5" and would like to get to 10 stone.0
