How much is one serving? 1-cup?

Sounds yummy, I love my crockpot. I'm gonna try your recipe this week :-)

I have noticed much more women than men use this app.

A delicious Spinach strawberrie salad. I bought this at Fresh & Easy and it was delicious. Fresh Spinach, Fresh Strawberries (Cut in half), Feta cheese, light vinagrrette dressing. You can also ad chicken to it. It's wonderful and very light on calories.

You may just be plateauing temporarily. I have microwave popcorn all the time and it's only about 100 calories per bag. It's not the popcorn preventing you from losing weight. Actually, I eat about 4 bags of it a week since using MFP and have dropped thirty pounds since January :-) I love me some popcorn :-)

Good for you, your post is a good motivator for me too :-)

Your 1600 daily calories are already a deficit so when you exercise the deficit grows bigger. I would eat all of the calories if I were you because your body will go into starvation mode after just a few weeks of doing what you are doing and you will not lose any weight.

I don't think it's the wine because I drink two glasses of red a day and wondered myself. It seemed that after I lost the first nine pounds I plateaued and didn't lose for three weeks but then it passed and continued to lose 10 more pounds and I hit another plateau because I've been at this weight for three weeks now and…

Bread, Wine, or ice cream are good sources for those calories. I have all of those in my diet and don't deprive myself of anything so long as I have the calories to spare. You should eat up all of your calories.

Welcome, it's very easy to lose weight with MFP. I only wish it was around six years ago.

I only quit drinking Diet Coke but I love bubbly soft drinks to I switched to Diet 7up. It's delicious and I dont need to log it in my food diary since it has no calories and very very little sodium.

Must be something else, water does not hydrate nor dehydrate skin. I know some people think it hydrates skin but it does not, I saw it on DR Ozz.

It's for cooked. If you are eating steamed rice then do a search for STEAMED RICE, or FRIED RICE, it's all in there :-)

I it a plateau after losing nine pounds on MFP then I changed up my workout routine and took a good look at what I was eating. I love instant noodles and I began to eat them because they are easy and satisfying, well they are also full of salt and the salt made me retain water keeping me from losing weight. You must look…

Yes, you need to eat your exercise calories too. I was confused as well in the beginning. dropped 13 pounds in eight weeks.

Here is the info on the ceasar dressing. http://www.livestrong.com/thedailyplate/nutrition-calories/food/sbarro/caesar-dressing/

I Was just there today, although the small side salad may be 60 - 80 calories the ceasar dressing alone is 230 calories. It's right in the envelope it comes in. I excluded the dressing from the salad. The slice of pizza had enough calories in it.

I use Benefiber tablets. They work great and no excess gas.

Try entering it in the Cardio Vascular section in My Fitness Pal. I experienced the same thing when I began lifting weights/strength training and the numbers did not seem to change until I began entering it as Cardio Vascular. Then the numbers began to change.
-
You can enter your strength training in the Cardiovascular option. Simply type in Strength Training in the cardio vascular screen and the app will find it, enter your minutes and it will calculate your calories burned.

Dont take in too much sodium. I made the mistake of eating two Instant Noodles packages over the weekend two weeks ago and by MOnday I had gained five pounds from those stupid noodles. All day Tuesday I could not stop peeing and by Wednesday all that water weight was gone. I HATE SALT but then again I LOVE IT!
