MFP is a great site, it really worked for me, my problem was I quit dieting and following the app, And Walla!!!! Yup, I gained over half of what I lost back, So, I'm back to MFP, to get the weight off and to keep it off this time... I'm ready for some great friends that are supportive, and YES, We Can Do This Friends!!!!
