    I log in daily and support my friends, Would love another supportive friend, you can add me... I joined in Jan. 2013, and so far have lost 77 lbs, I could have not did it alone, without the help and support, tips, of my MFP friends... Congrats on your 15 lb. loss!!!

    You've done very well to lose 15 pounds without a lot of support. I don't support like I used, I used to log every day on everyone's log and motivate as much as I could, but I still log every day and try to be a support. I'm a senor woman, interested in fitness, too, and you're welcome to send me a friend request if you'd like. I'd try to be helpful. Great place, MFP, and I have some awesome friends on here.
