Reached a big milestone!

I couldn't be happier that I found this site/app. I have tried so many different diets/pills/programs and spent a boatload of money over the years with little permanent success. Thanks to MFP I have hit my half-way mark of 30 pounds today :):) No progress pictures because I have always avoided the camera (if I had started with CONFIDENCE I would have thought to take a before pic..darn!)

Anyway, tootin' my own horn and loving the new way of life the MFP community has helped me to build. We can do this :)
