2 lifts per muscle, 5x5. 30 sets is the total for all the workout

Nope, I started yesterday, I was doing a 3 day split before, 2 muscles a day. I thought I could ask my body for more.

Bulding strenght (day 1 & 2) and bigger muscles (day 4 & 5). For about 5 months now

I would recommend decreasing your fats, which you have gone over the past couple of days. Also up your calories by about 500 cals

I don't use them , as I'm in no hurry to lose weight, but I can see how it can be an achievement to lose weight under a certain timeline, and I think is ok as long as failure only motivates you to try harder next time (and as long as they are realistic)

I find multigrain to be more tasteful, but there is not that much of a gap to white bread.

Even if I'm not hungry one of the first thing I do is eating breakfast. Because then, a violent hunger will attack, I will start to shake and ****.

As far as I know, weight lifting isn't that helpful to lose fat, but it is to tone and gain muscle. A good workout balances cardio, weights and flexibility.

Eh, star eating it in small portions. I've got a 220 grams chips bag in my room, it's been sitting there for two weeks now. I grab small portions from time to time

I weight myself once every 2 weeks, but I pay more attention to what the measuring tape, my clothes and the mirror say to me

The feeling of the sweat is the problem here, I do cardio at a treadmill at home

16 pounds in a week is way too much, something about the clothing you were wearing or the time you weighted yourself most have some role in it
