All day I've been mad hungry, doesn't matter what. This is the first time happening, and I feel that today I ate more than any other recent day.

water, water, water. I've heard water with a slice of lemon helps but I haven't tried it myself.

If it's 'real' hunger, eat!! I usually ask myself this; more often than not it is cravings, boredom or not feeling satisfied by what I have eaten.

Could be that you're not eating enough in general

Its boredom and all in the mind. If I do something like play on the xbox or go out I'm good. If I am sat in a meeting I'm starving. As stated in a earlier post, water, water, water. It does work. Guy urself a large water bottle and keep drinking through it.

Water, Protein, fiber. Also fat. Fat takes longer to digest .

Processed food and sugar just triggers more of the same. Don't skip breakfast or any meal for that matter.
  • I eat cabbage. It puts something heavy on my stomach and I follow up with a big glass of water. I use a small amount of dressing and to tobasco sauce. This will keep me without hunger for some time.
