  • Thanks for the feedback, chitsngiggles! I have learned that it is 80% what we eat, 20% how we move, that gets us to our goal. In the past, I just never felt I had the time to exercise and do my full time job. I am retired now but go back to work Jan through May at my old school as a paid tutor. Now, I realize you schedule…

  • Hello, I think it is the genetics and additives in the wheat that are bad for our health. I like eating natural foods rather than processed ones. I like foods without additives. • Still with the plan, but have had a hard time getting to the gym and my energy has just plummeted! I look for accidents to happen on the little narrow country road we have to take,…

I carried a Herbalife meal bar and some green tea. When I eat those, I know I am getting my nutrients and they fill me up. I do not get hungry…
  • yes. Tracking teaches me the 5 "W"s ... When, Where, with Whom, What and Why I eat , Only by knowing this, can I make the proper changes to correct my errors. It does not mean that I can't eat at the When, or with the Whom per say. but it lets me see if I may need to carry "legal" snacks to certain places...or visit with a…
