Thanks 😁 I have a food scale already so off to a good start, tracked everything yesterday and already noticed some problems with my diet, will see if those issues continue over the next few days

I have 3 biggest fears Spiders (amazingly huge arachnaphobe) Drowning/being underwater (nearly died this way 5 times) My grandparents dying (yes, probably a stupid fear with them both being in their 80s)

We used to have free refills and still do in Nandos (UK) but I used to still have to take my first drink away because I took so long. I also only ever really get one or 2 plates at a buffet. All about self control and only eating until you're full

Ok just did some research on the side-effects of aspartame and I suffer from loads of them, so looks like I am sensitive to it. It finally explains the wiggly lines in my vision too!

It can't be the caffeine. I'm fine with normal Coke and coffee, and the caffeine free makes me absolutely nuts

Carbs are energy, as long as you burn it off it's fine. I don't even know what I would do without pasta!

I don't do it intentionally but I'm a big believer in only eating when you're hungry. I usually eat around 7-8 at night then won't even think about food until about 1 the next day. Today I've felt ill so all I ate was a couple of Oreos and some popcorn at the cinema. When I get depressed I completely lose my appetite so my…

Coffee is fine. Lets face it, if you make it strong enough you'll have no problem burning it off

Wow, not a single veg?? And I thought I was fussy! Most of my veg I prefer in salad form, but throw a bit of broccoli my way and I'm yours! Just nothing squishy, and not reheated. If you like baked beans just make a chilli and chuck some kidney beans in. Also can put peppers, carrots etc. And now I could kill for chilli!

I never eat unless I'm hungry. You wouldn't fill your car with fuel if it was already topped up, so why would you do it to yourself? If you go to sleep hunger goes away anyway
