  • Hello! I have a lot of frozen veg in my freezer (peas, sweetcorn, broad beans, mixed bags of veg etc) and if I think a meal could use some bulking up then I just pop them on! And because it's frozen it lasts for ages, so I don't have to eat all my veg in the same week I buy it :-)

  • Yep I am the same! I only track actual workouts. If I am burning more calories just by going about my day then brilliant! But I dont log them. (And I have a HRM for my workouts so that I know how many calories I have burned during them)

At work people offer me stuff all the time (chocolate, cakes, muffins etc etc!) and I have just learned to say no.   • Have you taken measurements of yourself? I am on Day 8 of 30 day shred and I have lost 1 inch from my hips, but only 1lb on the scale. Last time I did 30DS I lost very little weight but was nicely surprised by the inches I lost!
