I'm a fan of Fage myself. My husband swears by it. We normally add some hemp seeds for flavoring (or get the Fage with peach/strawberry etc). We've also replaced using sour cream with Fage (off topic I know hehe). The only downside to Fage is the price (sometimes). I normally stock up whenever they go on sale for $1/cup.

I would practice with having my leg rested on a waist-level support, e.g. the sink/desk/table. Then I'd go reach for the leg as if I'm doing the standing head to knee, this way I can focus on the body stretching to reach my leg. My challenging poses are the awkward pose (my thighs just burn!!) and the standing bow pull (primarily because I'm exhausted from standing head to knee before that). With creamer/almond milk and stevia/splenda. I've stopped drinking REAL coffee though, I've switched to drinking Teeccino ("herbal" coffee, made entirely of nuts, almonds) -- tastes very close to coffee without the caffeine crash/dehydration. I must say I do miss real coffee from time to time :tongue:

It's quite difficult for me to stick to my sugar intake as well if you take fruits into account. I totally agree -- eating fruits/veggies shouldn't put a dent on your totals. I normally focus more on sugars in other items coz let's face it, eating an apple and a glass of carrot juice would put you over the limit in no time…
