I did it for two months ... lost 20 pounds .. I stopped doing it because I got sick ... but I didn't gain the weight back.

I'm in the same boat you are. And In my case... I blame it on my husband ( I know that I really have the control ... But it just feels good blaming him) he is the worst. He eats ice cream and french bread everyday and doesn't gain an ounce.... and does this all sitting right in fornt of me. Grrrrr.

have you ever heard of calorie cycling. It kinda sounds like that. You see your body gets used to the idea that your going to eat 1200 and learns to live off of just that, but then the curve ball and the body freaks and goes on over drive. but yeah... this is how some people get out af a platue. congrats. check it out…

whatchout ... they say not to get too much more than 8 glasses because you start washing away the salts and some menerals that you need. 8 glasses a day is plenty.

It can be.... The goal is to eat a balanced meal... If you going over in one area then you should work on you balance. How are your carbs, are you getting enough of those?

Well I've always been told that it doesn't actually burn more cals but that it makes you body confuesd. In a good way. The pounds will come off faster with intervals.

Okay, I have been fighting to be past that 150 mark to get into the 140's (at last) forever! This morning was such a let down, a bigger let down than usual just becuase of how close I actually was. We have a black lab and some sort of poodle mix .... we think. She was lost in a whole foods parking lot. Somebody was not very kind to here eather. She had bruses and scars all over her, and this was during the summer ( in TX) and so she was very dehydrated.

Okay, I have read a lot of info, and everything that I have read says that I need somewhere between 14-50 g of Protein. (which i don't have a problem getting) But my profile says that I need like 67. Does anybody else have this problem. what should I do?
