Thinking about jogging??

:noway: Just do it!! Try it and you will be so proud of yourself!! I got up this morning at 5:30am after weeks of procrastinating and making a big deal about "being to fat to jog"....I got up and hit the track and what a surprise I jogged 1 full mile and walked 2 miles ....at 206lbs.....So if your thinking you may want to try jogging ..try it!! :drinker: Im still too cool to wear a jogging suit ha-ha but I did buy a fanny pack....

I know what you mean girl. I started the couch to 5k program last week and I felt so amazing after wards (sore yes... but still very amazing!!) I was very surprised by what I could actually do. Keep up the good work you are looking great!0

Good for you! I started the couch to 5k program a while back and today I enjoyed a steady 10min-mile for four miles! It really happens. And it all starts with that first morning saying 'You know, I'm not too fat. I'm gonna do this.' Oh, and by the way, I was 192 when I started jogging... only a few pounds off of where you're at right now and I'm only 5'2"...
