weird... I"m actually a vegan and I don't have a protein problem at all. Like yesterday I had spinach, nuts, mushrooms, peppers, and some WHLOE GRAIn (not whole wheat .... big diff) tortillas and my protien was just fine.

don't do it.... Yeah it gives you and energy spike, but that comes with the jitters. also it really speeds up your heart. That can't be good. But just do what you know is right, don't look for a quick fix. If you really want to change your just going to do it the old fashioned reliable way.:ohwell:

you can do this. You don't have energy? Maybe you should try to go vegan for a week ... it really helps cleanse. I always have more energy when i stay away form meat and stuff. 1/2 cup dry cereal ( gives me something to munch on so that I don't fall asleep in my first class) Strawberry yogurt 3 cups lettuce with Wild Maine Blueberry Dressing Cheese sandwhich (boyfriend ate all the meat yesterday..... thanks for the heads up :mad: ) butterscotch pudding cup ?

just plan to work around it. Like work out a little more to allow those extra cals, or go a head and enjoy and eat a litlle less the rest of the week. It's good to give the body a curve ball everynow and then.

Cut back on some of your cals and carbs this afternoon, Save those so that you can indulge yourself a little without feeling guilty.. It's good to give you body a curve ball every now and then. Check out cal. or carb. cycling.

SWIM !!!!! This is one of my greatest joys if you can find a heated pool. Most YMCA's around my place have indoor pools.

It takes longer than a couple of days to go into starvaton mode.... thats why calorie cycling works so well.

Don't go under your cals. You need them or your body will want to keep them (starvation mode). Are you eatting your exercise cals?

I'll be honest.. I have dropped from a size 12 to a 8 and I have only lost six pounds. It's all about the inches baby. Just keep at it.
