Thank you! I've actually rcvd several private messages within the past 24 hours from people (avoiding the message boards) with similar advice. I'm really looking forward to eating clean but I know I can't change everything overnight. Baby steps!

I use the ranch packet mix on EVERYTHING. :love: I already knew about the greek yogurt ranch, it's great. I use it as a sandwich spread too. I'll sprinkle the ranch mix over cauliflower with garlic & roast it. I mix it with buffalo/hot sauce & put on chicken wings. Add it to my guacamole. I LOVE IT.

I usually make my tuna with diced tomatoes, onions, etc. The tomatoes usually moisten it up for me. Also olive oil, sriracha, cholula.

With the shredded wheat, whole wheat bread, fruit & more shredded wheat you might be eating too many carbs which spikes your blood sugar making you hungry almost right away. Get minty fresh! Whenever my snacking starts snowballing, I run to the bathroom, floss, brush & mouthwash! My white cheddar rice cakes leave a taste in my mouth making me want more! So I think the mint makes that go away. Also, you've just brushed your teeth for the night! You don't want to have do that again later! :laugh:

That's a lot to lose in 30 days... I don't know of a HEALTHY way to lose that much that fast but cutting carbs might be a good place to start.

I am not at all an expert but I would suggest starting your morning with more protein & less fruit (sugar). Eggs, bacon, even a protein shake?? Having all that sugar will spike your blood sugar & you'll end up craving more later (binging) I know the cycle too well myself! Feel free to add me for support! :)
